From Audit Anxiety to Assured Compliance

Presentation summary
This AVC26 session explored how RTOs can move from audit anxiety to assured compliance by treating compliance as an operating system of relationships, not a folder of documents.
Core argument
RTO compliance fails when evidence exists but cannot be connected. A TAS may be current, a trainer may be qualified, assessment may have been validated, and marketing may have been checked - but if those objects are not linked, leaders cannot confidently prove how the system is controlled.
